Building Your Team

Rules and Guidelines

  1. You are limited to selecting up to 6 players from any one travel team. A minimum of 3 traveling teams must be represented on your National All State team.
  2. You will have until March 1st to build your team and submit your roster. If your team is not finalized within this time frame, USSSA will begin a nomination process to fill the remaining spots.
  3. To guarantee a player’s spot on the roster, their registration must be paid in full.
  4. If you are a AA coach, all players must be registered as AA at the time of submission. If a player moves up during the season, they will be grandfathered in and allowed to continue playing at the AA level.
  5. A 2026 background check is required for all coaches.

Expectations

  1. You will be required to ALL Coaches Zoom Meetings
  2. You will need a team text thread setup to help spread information to your players
  3. You will need to host at least 1 team meeting via zoom so all players can get to know each other. We prefer you do 2 or more if possible.
  4. If you have an assistant coach in mind, please have them fill out the coach form and submit to our team.
